The Art Behind the Roast

Every batch of beans behaves differently in the roaster. We do not rely on push-button automation. Instead, we use our senses to watch the color change, listen for the cracks, and smell the developing sugars.

By carefully controlling the heat and air during the roast, we highlight the unique character of each coffee. We roast exactly what we need each week, so you only receive the freshest beans possible.

Coffee Questions Answered

Simple advice to help you enjoy our coffee at home.

How should I store my coffee beans?

Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. The bag they arrive in works perfectly if kept sealed tightly. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture and odors can ruin the flavor.

Do you sell ground coffee or just whole bean?

We highly recommend buying whole bean and grinding right before brewing for the best taste. However, if you need it ground, select your brewing method during checkout in our shop, and we will grind it perfectly for you.

When do you roast and ship?

We roast on Mondays and Wednesdays. Your coffee is packed quickly after roasting and shipped out to ensure it arrives at peak freshness, ready for your morning routine.
